Once your store is configured, it is time to add your first product for sale.

Requirements

  • Have your store configured.
  • Credits to publish (unless you are a Partner, who publishes for free).
  • Your digital files ready: SVG, AI, EPS, PSD, PDF, PNG, JPG, DXF, CDR, ZIP, or RAR (max 100 MB each).
  • High-quality preview images of your product.

Steps

  1. Go to New product.
  2. Fill in the Title and Description in each language you support. Be clear and descriptive - buyers search by these words.
  3. Choose the Category and Subcategory that best match your product.
  4. Set the Price. If you want to offer it for free, check the Free product box.
  5. Select the applicable File formats, Materials, and Machines. This helps buyers filter in search.
  6. Upload up to 5 Preview photos. The first one is the main image. Use the crop tool for best results.
  7. Upload your Digital files. These are only sent to customers after purchase.
  8. Click Save as draft to keep working on it later, or Publish to put it on sale.

Publishing uses credits

Each new product publication costs 1 credit. If you run out, buy more credits in the store.

Tips to sell more

  • Use clear, bright preview images with a neutral background.
  • Include an image that shows how the finished product looks when used.
  • Write a complete description: dimensions, included files, suggested uses.
  • Fill in all available languages - you double your reach.
  • Answer buyer messages quickly.
