- Corrupted or defective files: The files are damaged and cannot be opened or used properly.
- Missing files: The download does not include all promised files or formats.
- Technical issues: You are unable to download the product due to platform errors (not your internet connection).
- Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice.
2. When Refunds Are NOT Granted
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of skills to use the product
- Software compatibility issues (check requirements before purchasing)
- Not reading the product description carefully
- Products that have been downloaded and used
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
3. Refund Request Process

First, try to resolve the issue directly with the seller through our messaging system. Many issues can be resolved quickly this way.
Open a Dispute
If you cannot resolve the issue with the seller, open a dispute within 14 days of purchase. Provide detailed information about the problem.
Review Process
Our team will review the dispute and may request additional information from both parties. This typically takes 3-5 business days.
Resolution
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
4. Refund Timeframe
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase

- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Bank processing may take additional time depending on your institution
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if:
- Only part of the product is defective
- The issue is minor but affects product value
- Both parties agree to a partial resolution
6. For Sellers
Sellers should:
- Provide accurate product descriptions and previews
- Respond to buyer inquiries within 48 hours
- Work with buyers to resolve issues before escalation
- Maintain high-quality, working files
Repeated valid refund requests may result in account review.
7. Free Products
Free products are not eligible for refunds as no payment was made. If you experience issues with a free product, please contact the seller directly.
