Signing in gives you access to your purchases, favorites, store, and everything that makes Crafterss yours.

Steps

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Enter the email address and password you used when you registered.
  3. Optional: check Remember me to stay signed in on this device.
  4. Click Sign in.

Forgot your password?

On the login page, click the Forgot your password? link. Enter your email and we will send you a reset link that is valid for 60 minutes.

Signing out

Click on your name in the top right corner and select Log out. This signs you out of the current device only.

Troubleshooting

  • Invalid credentials: double check your email and password. Passwords are case-sensitive.
  • Too many attempts: for security, after several failed attempts you will be temporarily locked out. Wait a minute and try again, or reset your password.
  • Account not verified: if you never verified your email, sign in and request a new verification email from the banner at the top of the page.
